Ubertas Care Homes is a health care service provider catering for Leicestershire and the surrounding cities. We offer a full range of home care services for adults aged 18-65+ with Dementia, Mental Health, Sensory impairment Physical and learning disabilities. We also offer live-in care assistance to the elderly, provide personal care, domestic support, medication, and dementia care.
