Personal Care & Support
We provide quality service and support for clients suffering from different ailments, who as a result of these ailments are not able to perform their care. Our experienced and dedicated staff can assess the care you need and can deliver 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 personal care based on service requirements. We provide person-centered and flexible services to meet the needs of our clients.
These are some of the services we provide:
- Help with dressing/undressing - getting up in the morning and preparing for bed at night
- Personal care and Hygiene
- Domestic support, housekeeping i.e cleaning
- Meal preparation
- Shopping, pharmacy collection
- Assistance with toileting and use of incontinence aids
- Assistance with medication and health-related duties (by the written Care Plan)
- Night sleepover or sitting service and day sitting services, 24 hr care
- Assisting with the feeding Social care including
- Escorting to school, college, and outings.
24 Hour Live-in care
Our live-in care service involves you receiving a 24-hour care service in the comfort of your own home. Our highly trained and experienced carers will live with you as a companion and will support you with your daily activities in your own home. Our staff will focus on your needs and will ensure you receive the highest quality care and support you need.
Our 24-hour live-in service includes:
- Companionship and social support
- Help with getting out and about
- Support with administering medication
- Meal preparation Laundry and ironing
- Support with bathing,
- Toileting and dressing
- Caring for a pet
Dementia Care
The word 'dementia' describes a set of symptoms that over time can affect memory, problem-solving, language, and behavior. Alzheimer's disease is the most common type of dementia. Learning Disabilities
Having a learning disability means an individual can find it harder to learn certain life skills. The problems and challenges faced by individuals with learning disabilities vary in severity, but always start before adulthood and affect them for their whole life.
